In 1993, Zhejiang Huangyan Tianyu Chemical Factory (Predecessor) was founded.
In 1995, we started to produce DCC.
In 1997, we got the patent of 2, 6—Dichloroaniline and started commercial production.
In 1999, we started to carry out the projects of Sartan APIs and intermediates.
In 2001, we started to produce OTBN and derivatives.
In 2002, we got the certificate of ISO9001; our 5000㎡ plant was put into production.
In 2003, we renamed as Zhejiang Tianyu Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd.; we became a "hi-tech enterprise" of Zhejiang province and started to build our second production base-Jiangsu Binhai Sanyong Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd.
In 2004, we invested to build Taizhou Erkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and built up the fist GMP proved plant. In this year, we sold over CNY 100 million of products and got the first project of State Torch Program projects and the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 2005, we renamed as Zhejiang Tianyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and got the production license of drug.
In 2006, we got the certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001and OHSAS 18000 for the second time; the certificate of "key hi-tech enterprise " of China torch program; we started to build province-level Tianyu Sartan drug R&D center" of Zhejiang province.
In 2007, the project of Taizhou Erkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. began to construct, and we got the first patent licensing of Sartan drug.
In 2008, we became a hi-tech enterprise of Zhejiang province, and started to preferential tax of China. In 2009, we got the GMP certificate of Losartan Potassium.
